The Grand Hotel Birmingham has declared the appointment of its new deputy normal manager, Charlotte Horler.
Horler joins The Grand Hotel Birmingham immediately after a three-yr stint as deputy GM at New Hall Lodge and Spa. She has in excess of 15 years’ encounter in the hospitality sector and has served in numerous senior administration roles.
