Minister for Even more and Higher Education and learning Simon Harris has stated he did not leak the Katherine Zappone advice from Cabinet.
His responses stick to an allegation manufactured by Sinn Féin TD Matt Carthy less than Dáil privilege on Wednesday that Mr Harris experienced leaked the details from Cupboard.
