A Luxurious Inverness lodge has appointed an award-winning new head chef to its cafe.

David MacDonald, who was topped younger Highland chef of the 12 months in 2015, has not too long ago taken the situation at the Drumossie Lodge.

The Uist-born chef then returned to his homeland and worked with a pal at Mingary Castle.
